A "manual remote" mirror is one that is adjusted via means of a cable that is attached to a control stick on the door panel or instrument panel. In the 60's and 70's this was called a remote mirror. Since the mid eighties electric power mirror controls have been the most common way to adjust side mirrors. I do not know of any current, modern cars that have a true manual mirror, That would be the type where you must roll down the window and actually grab the mirror head and move it as needed.Aint progress wonderfull?
