It's hard to value some commercial trucks because so much depends on demand (or lack of demand). My neighbor just picked up a low mileage 3 year old Class 4 to put a crane on for around $19,000. Crew cabs seem unusual skimming through the truck and equipment sales sites. The price range seems to run from around $7,500 for a regular cab with a 20'+ box on the back to the mid teens for a late '90's 4000 series. The few I found searching around had higher miles/hours (~150,000 miles or more).

You may have to call around to some truck dealers and see what's out there.
