I have a problem similar to this but i found the problem but waiting on $$ to fix.

Ok answer time. To my experience, on V engine arrangement cars, the misfires happen Symmetrically. On Transverse engines, it can be hard to see. When its dar out, start your car and look at the spark plug wires. You should see a blue fires run along the wires to the cylinder that is misfiring. Also the place where all the spark plugs meet called the distributer cap. With car off, pulleach plug from the distributer cap and examine. If any are badly damaged, you which cylinders are having the misfires.

If this is the case, make sure that the battery polarity(+&-) are tightened(mine were loose causing the life of my wires to drasticly reduce). You will most likely end up replacing all the spark plugs(keeping life the same) and wires.

A lot of things can cause this: worn or bad Spark plug wires (and loose too), incorrect spark plug gap, spark plugs backed out, bad spark plugs, bad coil/ coil packs, fuel injectors dirty, injectors not operating correctly, fuel pressure, Crankshaft position sensor not working properly, cam position sensor not working properly, etc....
