why does my od. dash light, shifter light and tail lights blow the same fuse. are these lights tied togather?
2000 ford focus wagon. my od. dashlight, shifter light, and both tail light blow the same(one) fuse over and over.

Very possible. This varies by year, manufacturer, and model....and many times trim and option levels. The only way to really tell is to get a set of electrical schematics for your vehicle. I've seen fused circuits powering over 15 items, all depends on the current (amperage) draw. Your owners manual "might" list multiple items on each fuse circuit, but they tend to be general in nature.
